We deliver hands-on property and tenant management, with a focus on leasing, facilities, risk management, and day-to-day operations. Our experienced local teams handle maintenance and leasing, while senior asset managers provide oversight of financial accounting, reporting, and overall performance to ensure alignment with ownership goals and long-term value creation

Shared Services

A pooled group of resources that provides operational support and subject matter expertise on a variety of vital, non-core, functions such as bookkeeping, marketing, technology and human resources to each vertical and business function.
