As sponsor and fiduciary, the GP team is responsible for identifying opportunities, raising capital, and establishing deal architecture—while also taking an equity stake in each project to align our interests with those of our investors. The GP works in close coordination with 18 North Development Corp to manage acquisitions, construction, and repositioning, and with 18 North Asset Management to oversee performance through stabilization and exit. This seamless handoff between verticals ensures end-to-end control, accountability, and value creation.
